ATIXA One Policy, Two Procedures (1P2P)

This model that goes beyond AMPP, applies to all students and employees, covers all forms of sexual misconduct (the big five and beyond, such as sexual exploitation), plus all other forms of discrimination (race, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, etc.). In addition to a Section 106.45-compliant model (Process A) 1P2P offers a full alternative process for resolution outside of Section 106.45 (Process B).
