June 25, 2026 | 3-4:30pm ET | Open to the Public
This special edition of Time with IX is presented in collaboration with the University of Oklahoma’s Center on Child Abuse and Neglect and its National Center on the Sexual Behavior of Youth, a nationally recognized leader in research, training, and technical assistance related to problematic sexual behavior (PSB) in children and adolescents.
PSB refers to sexual behaviors displayed by children or adolescents that are developmentally inappropriate, potentially harmful, or outside expected behavioral norms. The session will offer a practical orientation to PSB, covering how to implement developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and equitable Title IX responses in K-12 schools, especially when addressing allegations of fondling.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges these behaviors present, along with strategies to support student safety, compliance obligations, and fair resolution processes.
