TIXKit Sample Document
Included in ATIXA’s K-12 TIXkit, the K-12 Dismissal – Referral to Another Process Letter Template (Parties) document is a template used by schools or districts to inform parties about the dismissal of a formal Title IX complaint while referring the matter to another process or policy. It outlines the reasons for dismissal under Title IX regulations and explains the right to appeal the dismissal decision.
