  • The ATIXA Title IX Toolkit (TIXKit)
    • For those of you who came to rely on ATIXA’s Investigation in a Box, we’re excited to present a much-evolved version called the ATIXA Title IX Toolkit (TIXKit). TIXKit features updated versions of all the templates, forms, and checklists of the original, plus widely expanded content to comply with the new regulations. TIXKit offers sample reports, case studies, releases, NDAs, and everything else a Title IX Office could need to operate its recordkeeping protocols with efficiency and compliance. The contents of TIXKit will be released as resources are completed. Additionally, ATIXA will continue to update resources based on changes and guidance from OCR’s OPEN Center. ATIXA would like to extend a special thank you to Franczek P.C., University of the Pacific, and University of North Alabama, for their contribution of content to TIXKit.
  • 20-Minutes-to…Trained 
    • You’ve come to rely on ATIXA for Title IX training and certification for coordinators and investigators, but what about the trainings coordinators must provide to hearing panels, administrators, and appeals officers? Building on the success of our brief-topic format, ATIXA now offers 27 fully-updated modules within our web-based video training series to meet your training needs. 20-Minutes-to…Trained is designed to meet (and exceed!) all hearing-related training requirements for Title IX and VAWA Section 304.
    • 20-Minutes-to…Trained module averages 20 minutes in length, give or take. This gives you the ability to plan modular trainings based on the topics you want to prioritize, or to allow trainees to take all 27 topics over time, but in bite-size chunks of easily attained and retained information.
  • Model Policies and Procedures
    • ATIXA Model Policies and Procedures (AMPP) is a model that is compliant with the new 2020 Title IX regulations. It can be applied to students and/or employees, for the big five offenses only (sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating, violence, domestic violence, and stalking). A K-12 version is available. AMPP has only a Section 106.45-compliant (Process A) model. It assumes users already have a Process B in place as an alternative when Process A does not apply. 
    • One Policy, Two Procedures (1P2P) is a model that goes beyond AMPP, applies to all students and employees, covers all forms of sexual misconduct (the big five and beyond, such as sexual exploitation), plus all other forms of discrimination (race, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, etc.). In addition to a Section 106.45-compliant model (Process A) 1P2P offers a full alternative process for resolution outside of Section 106.45 (Process B).
