Christina Graziano is the General Counsel, Vice President for Strategy, and Title IX Coordinator at Assumption University, where she serves as a key advisor on legal, strategic, and regulatory matters. Before returning to her alma mater, Christina built a distinguished career as a plaintiff’s attorney in private practice, focusing on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her litigation experience spans Title IX and institutional sexual assault cases, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, products liability, business torts, and intellectual property law.
Christina has secured significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of plaintiffs injured by defective products and exposure to toxic materials. She has also counseled individuals and businesses on regulatory compliance and trademark issues, contributing to her comprehensive expertise in intellectual property law. A recognized leader in her field, she was selected to the National Trial Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” in 2018 and awarded the Franchise Times “Legal Eagle” for litigation in 2020.
In addition to her legal practice, Christina has written and lectured on legal topics such as Title IX adjudication, products liability, personal injury, class actions, and mass torts. She is a member of several professional associations, including the American Association for Justice, the National Trial Lawyers Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
Christina earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Assumption University, where she majored in political science. She is also a member of the Assumption University President’s Council.
