Vance is the Compliance Officer and Title IX Coordinator at the University of the District of Columbia. Having served as Chief of Staff and Deputy to the University President as well as the Interim Chief Officer for EEO and Compliance, Vance has extensive leadership experience in governance, diversity, and compliance. With a strong background in public and legal education, Vance has taught, published, and presented extensively on related topics. Her work ensures compliance, fosters a safe campus environment, and advances equity across university systems.
