Tom Green is the Director of Title IX Compliance for the Nebraska State College System, which is comprised of three small, rural, four-year colleges of Chadron State College, Peru State College, and Wayne State College. Tom graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and also has a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Prior to his current role Tom served as legal counsel for the Business and Labor Committee of the Nebraska Legislature and worked as a Legislative Aide for several Nebraska State Senators. Tom is active in the Nebraska State Bar Association and is past President of the Government and Administrative Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Tom also serves as an elected Director on the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District (elected 2018, reelected 2022) whose mission is to “Maintain a sustainable environment through the conservation of land, water and wildlife.”
