One of my most successful achievements was to develop and implement district processes and procedures for handling Title IX complaints.
What is an ATIXA resource or tool that has aided you?
ATIXA has many member benefits, the resources that I have found most helpful is the listserv* discussion board and the Time with IX sessions. Both provide a wealth of useful information and peer collaboration.
What is one piece of advice you would offer your fellow practitioners?
The workload can get overwhelming at times; therefore, you must really take time for self-care.
